Intake
Owners and residents submit requests through the site. The chatbot captures structured details (not freeform chaos).
Routing
We route to the correct lane: maintenance, rent/ledger, leasing, or owner onboarding — each with the right fields.
Buildium record
If Buildium API keys are configured, we create a tracked item in Buildium (work order or contact request) and store an audit trail.
Updates + closeout
Status updates flow through the same thread. When complete, we close it out with notes and any relevant documentation.
